Brian and Kim were totally awesome! We stayed 2 nights on Southern Passage, and felt very much pampered. I was traveling with my wife, sister, and elderly mother. My mother is partially blind and can’t walk or balance very well, but she loves boats. She was very excited about staying on the boat, and our hosts made it a fantastic experience for her. They were incredibly accommodating and caring and patient. I can’t say enough about how well we, especially my mother, were treated. Some thoughts and observations: ~ Quiet marina, comfortable sleeping. Air-conditioned! ~ Excellent mattresses ~Excellent coffee! ~ Absolutely beautiful woodwork inside the boat ~ Small but very nice bathrooms in each cabin ~ Wonderful conversation! ~ Secure and well designed docks to walk on getting to the berth ~ Kim and Brian are great with communications both prior to the visit and while we were there ~ Excellent food for breakfast, and Kim checked with us about any special diet needs and took care of our gluten-free needs ~ Great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping ~ Definitely try the “Fish Tales” seafood restaurant just a couple of blocks away for casual dining on the water. Perfect! ~ Time spent hanging out on the boat was about as pleasant as you can get. Would we go back again? YES! And, we would want to combine it with a sailing trip!
