This being my first B&B Stay I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival we were greeted by Brian at the Gate, who would not hear of us handling our own bags. We were then taken aboard the Southern Passage and I must say the pictures don’t do it justice. This Yacht is absolutely STUNNING inside and out. Brian gave us a tour of the Yacht and it’s workings. Being a clean freak, I will tell you that, you could eat off the floor. Our Room was a generous size for a Yacht, VERY VERY CLEAN and had great storage. Being tall I was impressed with the headroom. As the afternoon progressed we got to meet 3 great couples who shared the Yacht with us. It was great to laugh and mix with interesting people. Kim was such an awesome hostess and made sure we were comfortable all the time. Let’s talk Breakfast for a moment…. WOW!! CAN KIM COOK! I must say the Stuffed French Toast was off the charts! We all had agreed to charter the boat for a Half Day Sail. The additional Crew arrived and they were just as friendly as Brian and Kim. We set out on the open water and had an amazing time. We all purchased snacks and Kim plated and served us on the Deck. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. I can only say that this sail and experience was one of the best memories ever. If you can try and book the sail, it is an awesome experience. As we did make new friends and enjoyed the company of the other Guests, we always seemed to be able to find a place for private conversation if needed. The accommodations by far exceeded our expectations and I will say with 100% certainty that we will be a Member of the “Frequent Floater” program. As a whole they could charge much more for these accommodations and they will have no problem getting the price. Tate and I look forward to a return trip soon and hanging out with Brian and Kim. It’s funny that on Friday 8 people meet as strangers and by Sunday we all became Friends. Most everyone exchanged numbers and email addresses and we know we made lifelong friends. Kudos Brian and Kim! You have an awesome business and your customer service skills are SUPERIOR!
